Ewan Hayes - Stellar TaxOur team is led by Ewan Hayes, who has a broad and ueep level of expertise. His experience with major international companies and their owners, diverse UK based businesses and private individuals will enable him to provide solutions to the many problems arising in business today.

We have extensive experience of dealing with HMRC at all levels on behalf of clients, at our fingertips, whether this is the routine agreement of claims, settlement of enquiries up to and including COP9 or dealing with issues such as clearance of transactions. He has worked with clients to resolve disagreements with HMRC where claims have already been submitted and HMRC has opened an enquiry. His knowledge of the legislation and the considerable practical experience he has assists us and our customers to focus on a positive solution to difficult issues. This allows us to understand quickly the issues and seek a sensible and pragmatic solution. Where appropriate, Ewan has also helped commercial clients to prepare for litigation.
